Job Responsibilities
- Comprehensively support and advise retail managers and employees across Germany and Austria throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Manage the full recruitment process including needs analysis, candidate selection, collaboration with external recruitment agencies, and onboarding of new hires.
- Serve as a trusted consultant to leadership on labor law, organizational, and personnel matters.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, performance management, and personnel development initiatives to nurture and retain talent.
- Enhance employee experience by conducting stay and exit interviews and implementing engagement and wellbeing programs.
- Lead organizational development and change management efforts and assist with international HR initiatives to foster a modern corporate culture.
- Prepare and support annual performance and salary review processes in close cooperation with the Head of People and Milan headquarters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, maintaining legally sound personnel documentation.
- Oversee HR reporting, personnel metrics, and data quality in HR systems.
- Collaborate closely with payroll, finance, works council, and external service providers.
- Participate in local and international HR projects and continuously optimize existing HR processes.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree focusing on Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within international retail, fashion, or luxury sectors.
- Extensive recruiting experience with strong ability to identify and attract suitable talent.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills with confident interaction across all organizational levels.
- Strong resilience, organizational skills, and capability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- High initiative, accountability, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with common MS Office applications.
- Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory; Italian language skills are advantageous.
