Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers across various departments, delivering People-centered guidance aligned with business goals.
- Provide coaching to leaders on employee relations, performance management, absence, probation, family leave, and employee development.
- Support building high-performing teams by offering effective coaching and partnership.
- Analyze workforce data and organizational insights to identify trends, aid decision-making, and influence outcomes.
- Enhance People processes, policies, and overall employee experience through continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and organizational growth strategies.
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives including performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment characterized by continuous change and growth.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience as a People Advisor, Junior People Partner, or People Partner.
- Familiarity with scale-up or high-growth company environments.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations.
- Confident in coaching leaders through diverse People-related challenges.
- Commercially astute with an understanding of how People functions drive business success.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to establish credibility quickly.
- Analytical mindset comfortable using data to guide decisions.
