Role Details
The Room Attendant will collaborate effectively with housekeeping staff and other hotel employees to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests throughout the property. This includes occasional guest room cleaning and adherence to safety and security protocols to ensure guest well-being. Additionally, this role involves responding to guest inquiries about hotel facilities and offering suggestions about nearby attractions to enhance guest experience. All duties must be carried out in compliance with the hotel’s policies and the IHG cleaning standards.
