Hotel Housekeeping - Room Attendant

About the Role

As a Room Attendant at My Town Extended Stay in Rome, GA, you will join a team committed to excellent guest experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to support the housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and hotel areas meet high cleanliness and safety standards. Success in this role means working collaboratively with the housekeeping and wider staff, addressing guest needs, and promoting a safe, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with fellow housekeeping staff and the hotel team to maintain top cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.
• Ensure that all guestrooms and public areas are cleaned and meet the hotel's quality expectations.
• Participate in room cleaning as needed and step in to help teammates when required.
• Monitor guest safety and uphold security standards at all times.
• Provide information and recommendations to guests about the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area when requested.
• Consistently follow the hotel's established policies and procedures while performing all job duties.
