This hotel offers 120 guest rooms, complemented by a spacious restaurant, cafe, and a modest conference facility.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Hotel All-Rounder to join our team, working part-time across Front Office and Food & Beverage departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role demands versatility and a customer-centric approach to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the guest journey from check-in to check-out.
- Serve as a primary contact point for guests and visitors.
- Perform shifts in both Food & Beverage and Front Desk operations.
- Complete diverse hotel-related tasks, including promoting the hotel's amenities, preparing and serving food and beverages, and managing guest accounts.
- Provide knowledgeable, warm, and engaging service to all guests and team members.
- Assist guests with new self check-in kiosk technology.
- Educate and encourage non-members to sign up for the Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty program, explaining its benefits.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within a hotel environment.
- Proficient with computer software, including Microsoft Office; experience with Opera PMS is preferred.
- Ability to multitask efficiently, work well under pressure, and think quickly to resolve issues.
- Strong communication skills and a polished personal presentation.
- A genuine passion for guest service, with a natural flair to pleasantly surprise and exceed guest expectations.
- Dedicated commitment to consistently ensuring guests leave with a smile.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or willingness to obtain before commencing employment.
- Availability for a rotating 7-day schedule encompassing mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
