Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and friendly Hotel All-Rounder to collaboratively contribute across our Front Office and Food & Beverage departments. Your role will center on delivering outstanding guest experiences, ensuring all visitors feel greeted, valued, and comfortable throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently provide exceptional service from guest arrival to departure and during all interactions.
- Act as the primary contact point for guests and visitors frequently.
- Rotate between shifts in Food & Beverage and Front Desk operations.
- Perform various hotel duties including promoting hotel amenities, preparing café refreshments, delivering food orders, and managing guest billing accounts.
- Offer knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and courteous service to both external guests and internal team members at all times.
- Encourage non-members to join the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program by explaining its advantages and assisting with registration.
Candidate Profile
- Prior customer service experience, ideally within a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera software is preferred.
- Ability to perform well under stress, multitask effectively, and rapidly handle unexpected situations.
- Excellent communication skills complemented by neat personal grooming.
- A natural talent for delivering authentic guest service that leaves a memorable impression.
- A deep commitment to fostering guest satisfaction and creating pleasant stay experiences.
- Possession of a valid RSA certification or willingness to obtain it before starting.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts across a seven-day roster including mornings and evenings.
