This hotel, located near Brisbane's central business district with stunning city views, offers 179 spacious rooms and facilities like an outdoor pool, fitness center, and alfresco dining. Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants to join the brand-new Parkland Social - NY Deli & Grill, a lively dining venue inspired by classic New York deli and grill vibes. Joining our opening team means playing a vital role in shaping memorable guest experiences from the very first day.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and establish a welcoming atmosphere for diners at Parkland Social.
- Provide genuine, personalized service to hotel guests and local customers.
- Contribute actively to the venue's success and guest satisfaction.
- Promote menu items, special events, and the restaurant experience to enhance guest engagement and increase revenue.
- Work flexible shifts covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as conferences and special events.
- Bring enthusiasm and commitment to every shift.
- Share innovative ideas and feedback for continuous improvement of the restaurant concept.
- Maintain excellent standards in food presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Support and uphold workplace safety culture by following and encouraging WHS practices.
- Collaborate effectively with team members dedicated to outstanding hospitality.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification for Queensland.
- Proven entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine passion for café and restaurant operations.
- Preferred experience and enthusiasm for preparing quality coffee.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
