Role Overview

We seek a dependable and diligent Kitchen Attendant to support our culinary team by ensuring the kitchen operates with cleanliness, safety, and organization. This role is vital for facilitating efficient daily kitchen activities and assisting chefs.

Key Duties

• Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, kitchen utensils, cookware, and equipment
• Ensuring kitchen floors, countertops, storage, and waste areas remain tidy
• Providing assistance with basic food prep as instructed by chefs
• Accepting and correctly storing deliveries while adhering to food safety protocols
• Proper disposal of waste and recyclables
• Consistently following health, hygiene, and safety guidelines
• Supporting kitchen and Food & Beverage team members during peak periods

Candidate Profile

• Experience in kitchen or hospitality settings is advantageous but not mandatory
• Capability to perform in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Keen eye for cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Dependable and punctual with strong teamwork skills
• Availability to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays
