Position Overview
Sushi Roll, a bustling Japanese sushi train restaurant located in Top Ryde Shopping Centre, is seeking a dedicated hot food chef with experience in Japanese cuisine. The role includes preparing various hot dishes and possibly sushi rolls in a lively restaurant environment.
Working Hours
- Shift options include: 10:00 to 21:00, 12:00 to 21:00, and 15:00 to 21:00 daily.
- A one-hour break is provided along with lunch for the longer shifts.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of six months prior experience in cooking, specifically with Japanese hot food or sushi preparation.
- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week, either part-time or full-time.
- Basic English communication skills (greetings and simple phrases) are required.
- The position welcomes applicants holding Working Holiday visas, student visas, permanent residency, or Australian citizenship.
