This role involves assisting clients in their homes, aiding with skill development, and engaging them in community activities to help achieve their personal goals outside their residences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care and assistance to assigned clients in their home environment.
• Facilitate and encourage skill-building activities tailored to individual client needs.
• Support clients by integrating community engagement that aligns with their personal objectives.

Requirements

• Exhibit patience, compassion, and reliability in caregiving duties.
• Maintain strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Work independently while adhering to established care plans.
• Comfortable assisting individuals with diverse abilities and needs.
• Possess dependable transportation for travel to and from client locations.
• Successfully complete necessary background checks and screening processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
