We are recruiting a Health and Safety Officer to join a busy BioPharma project based at Rahin, Limerick, working directly alongside our client. The role is fast-paced and demands meticulous planning, accuracy, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site audits and safety inspections.
• Deliver client safety presentations and coordinate safety-related activities.
• Review risk assessments and validate method statements.
• Ensure adherence to company and client health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
• Assist with incident reporting processes, conduct investigations, and support corrective measures.
• Cultivate and promote a strong safety culture throughout the project.
• Offer safety guidance and support to supervisors, contractors, and site workers.

Candidate Requirements

• Proactive and dependable HSE professional.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with clients.
• Background in construction or industrial safety environments is essential.
• Capable of working autonomously in a dynamic and fast-moving setting.
• Possession of a relevant health and safety qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent credential.
