Job description
Overview
We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and energetic Head of Training & Culture to lead our global learning and development initiatives and culture-building projects. Based in London, this full-time role involves crafting and executing comprehensive training frameworks and fostering cultural engagement aligned with corporate values and growth plans. The position may require occasional international travel to support various regional training efforts.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and run global employee development, leadership growth, and business expansion training programs.
- Manage learning and development frameworks including onboarding processes, leadership development, and functional training sessions.
- Incorporate innovative learning techniques using digital tools, e-learning platforms, and face-to-face workshops.
- Analyze training impact and improve programs using data-driven metrics and participant feedback.
- Lead initiatives to embed corporate values and engage employees culturally across all locations worldwide.
- Develop and roll out employee engagement activities, cultural events, and diversity and inclusion programs that promote a cohesive global culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to ensure cultural alignment and integration across diverse regions.
- Support change management to facilitate smooth adoption of culture transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with executives, HR, and business units to synchronize training and culture strategies with company objectives.
- Partner with regional HR teams to adapt global programs to local needs without losing the overall global perspective.
- Engage external training vendors and partners to secure high-quality learning solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate training, leadership development, or driving cultural change within a multinational setting.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing large-scale training across multiple countries.
- Proven capability to lead corporate culture initiatives in global business environments.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and communication, comfortable working across diverse cultures.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), digital learning technologies, and HR analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset driving measurement of training outcomes and cultural engagement effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field required; advanced degrees or certifications in L&D preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally as necessary to support global programs.
