Role Overview
A leading US-based quantitative strategy hedge fund is seeking to appoint an Early Careers Business Partner for their EMEA region within the HR team based in London. This pivotal role reports to the London HR Director and involves managing talent programs specifically for early career stages such as Analysts and recent Graduates within the firm's European and Middle Eastern workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the talent lifecycle of the firm’s early career employees across EMEA, including Analysts and Graduates.
- Lead and administer year-end performance management activities, talent development initiatives, and internal mobility processes.
- Collaborate closely with US HR counterparts and the Global Head of HR to align strategies and share best practices.
- Drive projects aimed at streamlining and automating HR operational systems and processes.
- Innovate talent acquisition approaches to enhance the firm's employer brand and employee value proposition for junior talent.
- Partner with managers to build structured development plans to support career progression in a fast-growing environment.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in roles such as Early Careers Recruiter, Emerging Talent Associate, or Early Careers Program Manager.
- Experience supporting early career talent programs and populations.
- Preferably background within hedge funds or proprietary trading firms; however, candidates from broader financial services or fintech sectors will be considered.
