A globally recognized hedge fund in a growth phase is seeking a London-based HR Advisor to help transform its HR function. Known for an innovative and lean approach, the firm aims to evolve its HR team into a structured HR Business Partner (HR BP) model. This pivotal position entails direct reporting to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) and involves multifaceted HR duties along with leadership on people strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving as a dedicated HR Advisor to a specific business line and guiding senior leaders in shaping and implementing people strategies.
• Managing core employee lifecycle stages, overseeing talent advancement, and workforce planning.
• Leading the redesign and enhancement of performance management and internal mobility systems.
• Driving people transformation projects, focusing on operational execution and process improvements.
• Facilitating integration between HR information systems (HRIS) and people analytics to improve synchronization and effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

The role targets HR Managers or existing HR Business Partners with comprehensive generalist expertise capable of autonomous initiative management and rapid adaptability. Candidates should demonstrate a history of leading impactful projects and hold an outstanding academic record. While preference is given to professionals from major hedge funds or asset management firms, candidates from top consultancies or FinTech companies will also be considered.
