Role Overview
The Head of APAC Marketing is pivotal in driving Sodali & Co's marketing efforts within the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves hands-on involvement in planning and executing marketing campaigns across three core practice areas: Shareholder Advisory, Sustainability, and Strategic Communications. Responsibilities span campaign design, content creation, event management, digital marketing, and syncing efforts with global brand guidelines and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across the Americas region's practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure punctual and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Generate and support various marketing assets including programmatic materials, email communications, social media content, and more.
- Lead local events from conception through execution and post-event activities.
- Coordinate seamlessly with marketing leads in EMEA and Americas to share information and align strategies.
- Track engagement across digital channels and contribute to comprehensive performance analysis.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by centralized operations and client services.
Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in launching successful B2B marketing campaigns internationally, encompassing content, digital, events, and social initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones, balancing global strategies with regional customization.
- Strong project management skills with a record of delivering marketing programs on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leaders and interpreting marketing analytics for actionable insights.
- Experience in professional services, financial services, or consulting industries is a plus.
- Leadership qualities to mentor junior staff, promote collaboration, and nurture a positive team environment.
- Advanced analytical capabilities to monitor marketing KPIs, evaluate campaign success, and inform strategic improvements.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting, adaptable to ambiguity and proactive in problem-solving.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Experience in B2B enterprises or fintech preferred.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools such as CRM systems, email platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Knak), social media management (e.g., Sprout Social), and content management (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Intellectually curious, growth-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills focused on problem-solving and action.
