Role Overview
The Head of EMEA Marketing will play a pivotal role in advancing Sodali & Co’s marketing efforts within the EMEA region. This hands-on position supports the development and execution of marketing strategies across the firm's three main practices: Shareholder Advisory, Sustainability, and Strategic Communications. Key duties involve conceptualizing campaigns, creating content, coordinating events, managing digital marketing, and ensuring alignment with global branding standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and assist in launching integrated marketing campaigns tailored for the Americas region across various practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee prompt and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Generate marketing collateral, manage communications via email and social media channels.
- Lead local event planning efforts from concept to execution and post-event activities.
- Work closely with marketing leaders in APAC and Americas to maintain seamless coordination and information flow.
- Track and analyze engagement across digital platforms and contribute to performance reporting.
- Support additional tasks as assigned by centralized operations and client service teams.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns encompassing content, digital, event, and social media strategies covering multiple regions.
- Capability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and time zones, balancing global strategy adherence with regional adaptation.
- Strong project management skills with proven success delivering marketing programs on schedule and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, skilled at briefing senior leadership and translating marketing data into actionable insights.
- Experience in professional services, financial services, or consulting sectors is preferred.
- Proven leadership ability to mentor junior team members and nurture a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Analytical proficiency in defining marketing KPIs, evaluating campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, managing ambiguity and solving problems proactively.
- Continuously monitor campaign effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Preferably experienced in B2B enterprise or fintech sectors.
- Competent with digital marketing technologies including CRM systems, email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Knak), social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Intellectually curious with a growth mindset and thoughtful approach.
- Exceptional communication skills emphasizing action-orientation and problem resolution.
