Role overview
7 Brew Coffee is looking for a Director of Hiring and Training to support the South Florida region from Tampa, Florida. This position focuses on selecting new team members, coordinating onboarding, and leading training efforts for new stand openings and existing locations.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main decision-maker for bringing new people into the 7Brew team.
- Recruit and hire 60 to 75 new brewistas for every new stand launch.
- Partner with HR to complete onboarding for all newly hired team members.
- Support the region by filling open roles at current stands as needed.
- Train 60 to 75 new brewistas for the New Stand Development Team.
- Work with the Baller Manager to keep training standards accurate and consistent across openings.
- Develop repeatable training processes that improve quality and consistency.
- Create a supportive environment where new team members can learn, grow, and succeed.
