  • Identify capability gaps across the company and create targeted development paths to keep the workforce ready for emerging demands.
  • Establish enterprise-wide standards for the design, governance, and delivery of learning across all key functions and capability areas.
  • Create and execute impactful learning experiences at scale, ranging from company-wide initiatives to focused cohort sessions, guided by adult learning principles.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive curriculum covering leadership development, compliance, digital competencies, and AI integration.
  • Ensure learning programs generate measurable behavioral changes and positively affect organizational performance.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and management of advanced learning technologies, including learning experience platforms and digital delivery tools.
  • Advocate for AI-driven personalization of learning to enhance adoption and effectiveness across a diverse, expanding workforce.
  • Build a scalable infrastructure to support learning across a complex, multi-functional organization.
  • Oversee the enterprise executive coaching program, including choosing coaches, governance, and measuring ongoing impact.
  • Work closely with senior People team leaders to shape coaching strategies that support leadership pipeline development and critical talent transitions.
  • Champion leadership development as an essential priority across the business with strong enterprise accountability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on capability strategies, communicating learning outcomes and ROI clearly and convincingly.
  • Foster alignment among business units, functions, and regional teams, ensuring adoption of enterprise learning standards without direct authority.
  • Establish governance frameworks, shared operating rhythms, and communities of practice to minimize redundancy and accelerate sharing of best practices.
  • Build and lead a high-caliber learning and development team equipped with strategic and operational expertise.
  • Manage a significant enterprise learning budget, overseeing programs, technologies, vendor partnerships, and innovative initiatives.
  • Design an effective organizational structure and operating model to sustain the growth of the learning function.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise learning, talent development, or organizational effectiveness roles.
  • Proven success in leading comprehensive learning transformations within large and complex organizations.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure enterprise-wide adoption of learning priorities without direct managerial control.
  • Experience in designing and managing executive coaching programs at scale.
  • Strong executive presence with the capacity to engage at the C-suite level and link learning investments to business results.
  • Expertise in modern learning technologies, AI applications in workforce development, and capability development dynamics in fast-changing environments.
  • Experienced in managing sizable learning and development budgets, including overseeing vendor relationships and platform investments.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering impactful facilitated learning sessions to large and senior audiences.
  • Experience in governance model design and enterprise-wide operational frameworks.
  • Advanced degree is preferred.
  • Background in commercially-focused roles such as strategy, operations, or general management is advantageous.
