The English and Humanities faculty plays a critical role in the College's curriculum, delivering courses such as Essential English, General English, Geography, Literature, Legal Studies, and Modern History, particularly serving about 185 students in the Senior School.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Lead initiatives to enhance student engagement and achievement in English and Humanities.
• Exhibit instructional leadership and foster teacher expertise development.
• Champion evidence-based teaching strategies including the science of learning, explicit instruction, constructive feedback, and collaborative practices.
• Implement strong quality controls to maintain consistent and excellent program delivery.
• Design and oversee student-centered assessment methods.
• Utilize data effectively to inform instructional practices and student progress.

Preferred Additional Expertise

• Knowledge in English Literature.
• Experience with senior humanities subjects such as Accounting, Economics, and Ancient History is advantageous.
