About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Employment Consultant to join our Inclusive Employment Australia Program in Deniliquin, NSW. This role focuses on empowering individuals with disabilities by supporting them to find and retain meaningful employment opportunities tailored to their unique strengths and needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist participants with disabilities in identifying suitable employment opportunities and provide ongoing support to prepare, secure, and sustain employment.
• Enhance participant confidence by highlighting their strengths and helping overcome any barriers to successful employment.
• Develop innovative and practical solutions to employment challenges to ensure participants receive adequate tools and support.
• Advocate for inclusive recruitment practices and necessary workplace accommodations.
• Celebrate all employment milestones and successes alongside participants.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with organizations committed to diversity and inclusion to create more opportunities.

Essential Requirements

• Authorization to work in Australia.
• Possession of a current driver's license and use of a comprehensively insured vehicle.
• A MyGovID with a Standard level.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Availability to work full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
