Your Role

  • Assist participants under the Workforce Australia program to prepare for and secure sustainable employment.
  • Encourage and build confidence in participants by helping them recognize strengths and overcome barriers.
  • Develop innovative and tailored solutions to address employment challenges faced by participants.
  • Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and necessary workplace adjustments that support diversity.
  • Celebrate successful employment placements with participants, recognizing achievements large and small.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with employers committed to diversity and inclusion to create opportunities.

Additional Information and Conditions

  • Must be eligible to work in Australia.
  • Possession of a current driver’s license and fully insured vehicle.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a MyGovID at Standard level.
  • Consent to National Police Check and successful Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
