Key Responsibilities

  • Assist participants in preparing for, securing, and sustaining meaningful employment through the Workforce Australia program.
  • Encourage and build participant confidence to overcome obstacles and embrace new employment opportunities.
  • Devise creative strategies to address employment barriers providing tailored support.
  • Promote inclusive recruitment and workplace adaptations advocating on behalf of participants.
  • Celebrate all participant successes, recognizing milestones and achievements.
  • Forge lasting partnerships with inclusive employers committed to diversity.

Additional Criteria

  • Australian work eligibility.
  • Current driver’s license and fully insured vehicle.
  • Possession of a Standard-level MyGovID.
  • Willingness to undergo National Police and Working with Children checks.
  • Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
