  • Improve and scale creative production operations by introducing efficient workflows and proven best practices.
  • Build and improve testing frameworks that help raise creative quality and campaign outcomes over time.
  • Track creative results, review key performance indicators, and turn findings into practical actions that improve both campaigns and team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong grasp of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to create original advertising ideas that lead to clear business impact.
  • Experience handling creative production workflows while managing several priorities at once.
  • Practical knowledge of creative testing methods and performance improvement techniques.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, motivation, and team development.
  • Strategic thinking with a clear focus on product and marketing KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.
  • Independent, proactive, collaborative, and outcome-focused approach to work.
  • Experience with video chat, live-streaming, or social networking products is an added advantage.

Benefits

  • Choice of working remotely or from an office, with a flexible schedule.
  • 20 days of paid vacation, 15 paid sick days, and 6 additional family leave days.
  • Medical coverage paid in full by the employer.
  • Reimbursement for sports activities and equipment.
