About the Role

Role Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for growth strategies including Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Long Range Planning (LRP), as well as managing the entire innovation lifecycle from idea generation and business case development to successful launch of new products and packaging solutions.
- Definition and influence over activation strategies and development of effective sell-in concepts to maximize success of innovations and brand initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison with The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC), negotiate and impact strategic decisions, and lead cross-functional teams comprising RMGM, Supply Chain, and Key Account.
- Provide disciplinary leadership, coaching, and strategic advancement of a dedicated team while encouraging collaboration across departments.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with at least eight years of experience in FMCG, specifically in brand or portfolio management and commercial development.
- Strong profit and loss understanding, analytical skills for deriving growth opportunities from shopper insights, and project management expertise.
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams and demonstrate assertiveness, influence, and empathy in dealings with internal and external leaders up to VP/Executive Board level.
- A strategic, proactive, and results-driven mindset combined with outstanding storytelling skills, commanding presentation presence, and passion for brands and innovation.
