The position sits with a partner company, which will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps. You will own the creative direction for paid acquisition efforts, guiding ideas from concept through final delivery while developing a strong and capable team. Key responsibilities
- Set and run the overall creative marketing approach to improve paid traffic performance across several digital products.
- Drive the generation of effective advertising ideas and oversee the full production journey from concepting to final assets.
- Lead, coach, and expand the creative marketing team while encouraging collaboration, motivation, and career growth.
- Organize production timelines and cross-functional workflows so creative work is delivered on time and at a high standard.
- Work closely with user acquisition managers to keep creative plans aligned with campaign targets and performance objectives.
- Strengthen creative production systems by introducing repeatable workflows and scalable best practices.
- Build and improve testing frameworks to raise creative quality and campaign outcomes over time.
- Track creative results, review performance data, and turn insights into actions that improve both campaigns and team output.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a creative marketing function or a similar leadership role.
- Good understanding of user acquisition and performance marketing principles.
- Ability to design original ad concepts that produce measurable business impact.
- Experience managing creative production pipelines while handling several priorities at once.
- Practical knowledge of creative testing methods and performance improvement techniques.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and motivation skills.
- Strategic thinking with a clear focus on product and marketing KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- A collaborative, proactive, and results-driven work style.
- Experience with video chat, live-streaming, or social networking products is a plus.
