We are seeking a dedicated facility maintenance technician to keep our hostel in excellent condition and ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform painting and wall treatments
• Install and lay flooring materials
• Assemble and set up furniture
• Carry out minor electrical and plumbing repairs
• Maintain the exterior grounds of the property
• Supervise external contractors working onsite

Candidate Profile

• Preferably completed vocational training in fields such as building technician, technician, electrician, electronics technician, service technician, painter, carpenter, joiner, or caretaker
• Fluent in both German and English languages
• Strong technical understanding and aptitude
• Proven experience in related maintenance and technical roles
• Possesses practical craftsmanship skills
• Flexible, dependable, physically fit, and open to new challenges
