Key Responsibilities

As an allrounder, you will rotate through various shifts including reception, breakfast, restaurant, bar, and general service, readily covering these areas as needed.

• Mainly managing guest check-in and check-out at the reception desk or lobby, acting as a guest relations officer
• Ensuring guests have a pleasant stay by addressing their needs and inquiries
• Serving hot and cold beverages and snacks, and preparing cocktails at the bar
• During restaurant shifts, preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner buffets on schedule
• Maintaining guest satisfaction and upholding hygiene standards at all times

Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled at a university with a valid enrollment certificate
• Enjoys engaging with guests and has a natural hosting ability
• Can work independently while demonstrating strong commitment and teamwork skills
• Have good knowledge of the local city and able to share interesting tips with guests
• Comfortable interacting with guests at any time of day or night
• Fluent in German and English at a B1 proficiency level, additional languages are a plus
