Food and Beverage Assistant (All Genders)

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team full-time at our Frankfurt am Main location. This role involves active participation in kitchen and bar operations along with maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage actively in daily kitchen and bar duties including cleaning tasks.
• Prepare and manage the breakfast buffet to ensure quality service.
• Maintain and enforce HACCP and quality standards in kitchen and bar areas.
• Manage pantry and inventory: inspecting food and beverage stocks, placing orders as needed.
• Receive deliveries and organize goods storage.
• Create menus for evening buffets.
• Oversee scheduling of kitchen and bar staff.

Qualifications and Profile

• Demonstrate reliability, dedication to quality, and flexibility.
• Possess a strong commitment and capability for independent work.
• Be proactive and maintain a positive attitude even under pressure.
• Some hospitality or gastronomy experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in German and English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
