Casual Cleaner at URBNSURF in Sydney Olympic Park

About the Role

URBNSURF, Sydney's first wave pool which opened in April 2024, is seeking casual cleaners to support increased activity during busy periods. This role involves independently maintaining cleanliness within the facility, and requires reliable performance without direct supervision.

Work Schedule and Location

Shifts occur between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, with work periods ranging from 4 to 8 hours. Availability during weekends is essential. The worksite is located at 15 Hill Road, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127. Parking is available on site for staff.

Compensation

• Monday to Saturday: $32.31 per hour plus 12% superannuation
• Sunday: $45.24 per hour plus 12% superannuation
• Public holidays: $51.70 per hour plus 12% superannuation

Candidate Requirements

• Intermediate level English communication skills needed to ensure effective interaction.
• Flexible availability including weekends.
• Ability to work responsibly without supervision (usually solo tasks).
• Ready to start immediately and commit to at least three months; preference given to candidates available for longer-term employment.
• Eligible visa holders include Working Holiday, student visa holders, permanent residents, and citizens.
