Job Overview

This position requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, ensuring the upkeep of guest rooms in line with hotel cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in designated guest rooms following franchised hotel standards and category priorities.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and address guest requests or complaints professionally.
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and security procedures rigorously.
• Restock housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.
• Perform scheduled deep cleaning and seasonal maintenance duties.
• Support other assigned tasks as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of cleaning experience, preferably within the hotel industry.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with guests, supervisors, and team members.
• Proper knowledge of handling cleaning chemicals safely.
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are an advantage.
• Familiarity with local attractions to assist guests effectively.
