Guest Room Attendant at Dublin Springhill Suites

Job Description

• Work with a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and various shift timings.
• Address and resolve guest complaints effectively to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain quality and cleanliness standards consistently across daily tasks.
• Adhere to all housekeeping, safety, security, and room cleaning procedures as per hotel policies.
• Clean and service assigned guest rooms prioritizing according to franchise and hotel guidelines.
• Restock and return cleaning carts at shift end.
• Perform additional deep or seasonal cleaning duties when scheduled.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly following the hotel's cleanliness standards.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly and handle guest requests or complaints professionally.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of all guest rooms at all times.

Qualifications

• At least one year of cleaning experience; prior experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
• Knowledge of local attractions and activities relevant to guests is a plus.
