Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Lobby Attendant to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at the Madeira Beach Courtyard. The role requires flexibility with work hours, including availability on weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and servicing of designated public areas in accordance with hotel and franchise standards.
• Address guest complaints promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to housekeeping, safety, and security protocols.
• Perform deep and seasonal cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Restock and return cleaning carts following shift completion.
• Report any maintenance issues encountered during duties.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest rooms and property.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in cleaning, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Capable of effectively communicating with guests, management, and team members.
• Familiarity with proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Being bilingual in English and Spanish is considered advantageous.
