Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and service standards in guest rooms according to franchise and hotel policies.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Comply with all safety, security, housekeeping procedures and hotel policies.
• Perform deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Report any maintenance issues and ensure the security and confidentiality of guest rooms.
• Restock and return cleaning carts at the end of shifts.
• Communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of cleaning experience; prior hotel experience highly preferred.
• Proficient in safe chemical handling.
• Ability to communicate clearly and satisfactorily with guests and staff.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
• Familiarity with local attractions and activities suited to guests' interests.
