Role Purpose

As a Room Attendant on our Housekeeping team, you are key to delivering a flawless guest experience by maintaining exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail in guest rooms. Beyond physical cleaning, you will collaborate effectively with your colleagues and provide assistance to guests when needed, ensuring every visitor leaves with fond memories of excellent hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Meticulously clean all parts of guest rooms including changing bed linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping down all surfaces to create an outstanding first impression
• Adhere strictly to our high housekeeping standards and established procedures
• Keep housekeeping carts orderly and fully stocked for efficiency
• Handle cleaning supplies responsibly while following all safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Respect guest privacy and security, helping to ensure their comfort throughout their stay
• Quickly report any maintenance issues to support a seamless guest experience

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in cleaning or as a room attendant is advantageous
• Warm and friendly communication style, making guests and team members feel welcome
• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and pride in your work
• Physically fit to navigate between rooms which may involve stairs and open pathways
• Ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds
• Reliable transportation and availability to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
