Job description
Overview
St Trinity Property Group is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Group Travel Consultant to support the delivery of complex international group travel arrangements. This role sits at the center of destination wedding travel and large group bookings, combining precise travel operations with a premium, client-focused approach.
You will be responsible for managing high-volume, multi-country travel movements for couples, celebration planners, luxury venues, and travel partners across more than 50 countries. The position calls for strong technical capability, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to keep every detail accurate from the first quote through to final reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete journey of complex international group bookings, from quotation and confirmation through to post-trip financial reconciliation.
- Use a Global Distribution System to create master PNRs, arrange intricate flight routings, secure group inventory, and issue tickets in line with airline rules.
- Source and negotiate competitive group pricing for airlines, premium hotels, land transport, and local suppliers while protecting clients from risk linked to attrition and cancellation terms.
- Serve as the main point of contact for couples, guests, and planners, providing fast support for changes, cancellations, and urgent travel issues.
- Prepare and maintain detailed movement plans, transport manifests, and tailored digital itineraries with complete accuracy across internal systems and CRM platforms.
- Coordinate closely with venues, tourism boards, hotel groups, and hospitality partners to improve operational flow and the guest experience.
- Keep booking records current, monitor supplier deposits, manage payment timelines, and produce clear financial documentation after events.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in group travel consultancy, especially across complex air and land logistics in travel, hospitality, or events settings.
- Strong working knowledge of a major GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for group ticketing, fare construction, and queue handling.
- Comfort with CRM systems or event management software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of group contract terms, including attrition clauses, release deadlines, and associated financial obligations.
- Strong planning ability and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage several large manifests and changing deadlines at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to shift between technical airline language and warm client-facing updates.
- A calm, solution-focused approach when working under pressure and dealing with disruptions or tight turnaround times.
- Genuine interest in luxury travel, global hospitality, and premium service for important celebrations.
About the Role
This position is designed for someone who can blend systems thinking, supplier coordination, and white-glove service. You will help form the operational framework that makes large-scale celebrations and destination travel run smoothly across international markets.
The work is fast-paced, detail-heavy, and highly collaborative, with regular interaction across travel, hospitality, and event networks.
Additional Information
At Wedded Wonderland, the emphasis is on building exceptional travel experiences rather than simply processing bookings. The role offers the chance to work on high-profile luxury destinations and meaningful milestone events, while collaborating with global partners and a dynamic internal team focused on efficient delivery and premium execution.
