Role Overview
SPRIX Gulf seeks a full-time Educational Consultant to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires close collaboration with schools, educators, students, and their families to evaluate educational requirements, propose fitting SPRIX programs, and assist in applying these educational solutions effectively.
The consultant’s day-to-day activities include conducting consultations, delivering interactive presentations and workshops, mentoring on curriculum and learning methodologies, tracking client progress, and ensuring satisfaction. Additionally, the position involves working with internal teams to enhance offerings, recording consultation data, analyzing assessments, and contributing insights for continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with schools, educators, learners, and guardians to conduct educational consultations.
- Evaluate educational needs and recommend suitable SPRIX programs and solutions.
- Conduct engaging presentations, workshops, and professional development sessions.
- Support the implementation of SPRIX's educational services and programs.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with educational institutions and collaborators.
- Analyze student assessment information and produce actionable reports.
- Track and monitor client satisfaction and service deployment progress.
- Work jointly with headquarters and team members to refine educational products and services.
- Keep thorough and accurate documentation, including reports and client histories.
- Represent SPRIX Gulf at educational forums, events, and conferences.
- Travel within Saudi Arabia as necessary to meet professional obligations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Educational Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Practical experience in educational consulting, curriculum planning, teaching, educational technology, or program management.
- Solid knowledge of educational consulting practices, curriculum design, pedagogy, and learner development.
- Strong skills in client needs assessment and crafting tailored educational solutions.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Outstanding presentation and facilitation capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable education strategies.
- Superior communication and relationship management skills.
- Well-developed organizational and project management expertise.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and contemporary educational technologies.
- High cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt services for diverse educational contexts.
- Capable of handling multiple client projects simultaneously while ensuring detailed documentation and reporting.
- Passion for advancing educational outcomes for students.
