Video Editor Intern

Role overview

St Trinity Property Group is hiring a Video Editor Intern to support the creation of both short-form and longer-form video content for social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The position is based in North Strathfield, New South Wales, and is carried out on site.

Key responsibilities

• Transform raw footage into engaging, polished edits for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with the content team to turn creative concepts and briefs into finished video assets.
• Add captions, transitions, colour adjustments, and sound treatment where needed.
• Trial AI-powered editing tools to help improve speed and workflow efficiency.
• Keep video files, project folders, and media assets neatly organised.

Requirements

• Practical experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve is required.
• A showreel or portfolio demonstrating editing work must be available; personal projects are acceptable.
• Good attention to detail, along with a strong sense of timing, flow, and narrative structure.
• Ability to accept feedback, follow direction, and meet deadlines.

Preferred skills

• Experience using Canva for fast content production.
• Exposure to AI-based video tools such as CapCut, OpusClip, Descript, or comparable software.
• Interest in current short-form social media trends and content formats.
