Travel Consultant

About the Role

Vaadiyan Luxury is seeking a Travel Consultant specializing in motorcycle tours to manage and grow bookings for exciting riding expeditions and experiential travel across destinations including Ladakh, Spiti, Bhutan, Kashmir, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform incoming inquiries into confirmed reservations for motorcycle tours and travel adventures.
• Provide detailed explanations of trip itineraries, riding routes, accommodations, experiences offered, inclusions, and pricing to potential customers.
• Engage with prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms to nurture leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with riders, travelers, groups, and travel collaborators.
• Consistently meet or exceed prescribed monthly sales and revenue goals.
• Keep accurate records of leads and maintain customer databases.
• Liaise closely with the operations team to guarantee a smooth and satisfactory guest experience.
• Encourage repeat business, referral generation, and community connection among customers.
