Requirements
- Prior experience at top eCommerce agencies is required.
- At least 5 years in B2B sales, with exposure to enterprise accounts.
- Strong familiarity with eCommerce, digital commerce, marketplaces, or retail media.
- Demonstrated success in winning and expanding large global clients, especially in FMCG, retail, or consumer brands.
- Experience selling complex, data-driven offerings such as eCommerce services, content, SEO, SaaS, or analytics.
- Clear understanding of the full eCommerce ecosystem, including marketplaces, eRetail, product content, and digital shelf topics.
- Background in managing international, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiating at senior executive level.
- Ability to create durable strategic partnerships with clients.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong commercial orientation with attention to revenue, margin, and KPI outcomes.
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in English at C1 level or above.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Drive international business expansion and support global growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire fresh customers.
- Grow the value of existing accounts while bringing in new ones.
- Design and execute short- and long-term sales plans and manage the allocated budget.
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events.

- Prepare and review contracts.
