About the Role
We are seeking Field Sales Executives to join the Paytm EDC Channel team based in Ranchi, Jharkhand. This role focuses on acquiring new merchants and expanding Paytm's digital payment solutions at the ground level.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with local shops and small businesses personally to introduce Paytm products.
- Facilitate onboarding of merchants onto Paytm platforms.
- Promote the usage of Paytm EDC machines and Soundbox devices.
- Assist merchants in effectively using the Paytm Business App.
Eligibility Criteria
- Possession of a bike and a smartphone is mandatory for mobility and communication.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not obligatory; newcomers to sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills are essential for successful engagement.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹21,000 with additional incentives based on performance.
