About the Role

As a Geo HR Specialist, you will play a key role in managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle, from pre-boarding to off-boarding, ensuring a superior employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage talent acquisition processes for operational and non-operational roles, including requisition reviews, job postings, candidate screenings, interview coordination, and job offer issuance.
- Serve as the primary contact for HR-related questions and support internal stakeholders as needed.
- Administer employee lifecycle activities, such as onboarding, transfers, employee requests, contract renewals, work pass renewals, and offboarding procedures.
- Oversee collection, processing, and maintenance of employee documentation, fulfill records requests, and handle document disposal in compliance with retention policies.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned to support the HR team's objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Genuine passion for HR and employee-related matters.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience working within HR shared services or as an HR generalist.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing team environment.
- Strong dedication to delivering friendly, accurate, and timely service to internal clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse business stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act and applicable statutory requirements.
- Experience with Workday HR software is advantageous.
