Role Overview
The FWRD Preferred Personal Shopper is responsible for driving sales and expanding business within a defined client base, which includes FWRD and REVOLVE customers as well as new clients developed through networking and personal outreach. This position is centered on relationship-building, styling, and high-level client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and protect monthly sales performance for assigned clients.
- Deliver a refined customer experience that reflects a luxury service standard.
- Partner with the Preferred Team to provide timely styling selections and ongoing client communication.
- Coordinate with Buying teams and other internal departments to support client needs.
- Attend client-facing events when required, including travel as needed.
- Participate in training sessions and employee events in Los Angeles when needed.
Required Competencies
- Strong speaking and writing skills for client communication.
- Customer-first approach with a service-oriented mindset.
- Confidence in selling and closing premium fashion products.
- Solid knowledge of luxury and designer apparel brands.
- Ability to work collaboratively and align with the company culture.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in luxury or high-end sales.
- Background in e-commerce.
- Deep familiarity with brands, products, designers, and the broader fashion market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established and active relationships with personal clients.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and point-of-sale systems.
Compensation
The estimated base salary for this role is $80,000. Commission is also part of the compensation package.
