Role overview
Koenig Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager in Canada to help expand its client base and form productive business partnerships. The role suits someone who is proactive, persuasive, and able to turn strategy into measurable business results.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and converting interest into revenue through a structured sales approach.
Key responsibilities
- Generate fresh business by reaching out to prospects through cold calls, lead sourcing, and prospecting activities.
- Handle the entire sales journey, from spotting opportunities to finalising deals.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects and work toward achieving sales goals consistently.
- Connect with key decision-makers, deliver sales pitches, and nurture lasting customer relationships.
- Use CRM systems to monitor sales actions, manage opportunities, and keep records accurate and up to date.
Required profile
- Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in IT Sales, SaaS Sales, EdTech Sales, IT Training Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Hands-on experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and business development is expected.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills are essential.
- Applicants should be able to manage the full sales process independently from start to finish.
