Job description
About the Role
StackAdapt is looking for a senior sales leader to build, standardize, and grow a high-performing outbound organization focused on new B2B business. The goal of this role is to turn early traction into a consistent, scalable revenue system through strong coaching, structured operating rhythms, and disciplined execution.
This position leads Sales Directors and Account Executives who are responsible for accelerating growth in the B2B marketing segment. You will create dependable sales playbooks, improve pipeline discipline and forecasting, and foster a culture where accountability and development drive performance.
The role is remote-first and open to candidates across North America.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for building and improving the outbound sales engine, helping the team move from broad prospecting to more targeted, account-based selling. You will also coach team members through pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance management while working closely with cross-functional partners to support pipeline generation and conversion.
In addition, you will represent the company externally through industry speaking opportunities, panels, podcasts, and other market-facing activities that strengthen credibility with B2B marketers.
Expertise Required
The role calls for a proven leader with experience scaling net-new B2B sales teams and owning pipeline, forecast, and revenue outcomes. Candidates should bring deep familiarity with B2B marketing buyers and experience in SaaS, ABM, demand generation, or related MarTech environments.
Strong operational sales leadership is important, including building repeatable processes, improving forecasting accuracy, and using data to guide sales execution. Exposure to AdTech or MarTech, CRM analytics, intent data platforms, and modern sales technology is preferred.
Success in this role also requires strong partnership across Marketing, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Product teams, along with confident executive communication and presentation skills.
