Candidate Profile

Applicants from varying service backgrounds such as casual/lifestyle dining, outdoor venues, fine dining/c celebrity chef restaurants, In-room dining, and banquets are encouraged to apply. Candidates should ideally possess one to five years of relevant experience within reputable international hotel chains or restaurant groups.

Excellence lies in demonstrating deep knowledge of service styles and maintaining superior service standards. Exceptional interpersonal abilities to foster strong collaborations with service, kitchen teams, and management are essential.
