Responsibilities

Depending on your position level, your duties will include managing daily bar operations to meet the highest service standards consistent with hotel policies, delivering exceptional guest experiences, beverage preparation and service, maintaining quality control and consistency, and ensuring smooth operational flow. Senior staff are expected to lead teams, facilitate training and motivation, oversee stock and cost management, and ensure overall bar performance excellence.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have prior relevant experience in bar operations: entry-level applicants should have at least 1 to 2 years in a comparable role, while those targeting supervisory or managerial positions should demonstrate progressively advanced experience. A background in a 4- or 5-star luxury hotel or esteemed standalone venue is advantageous. Key qualities include extensive knowledge of beverages and cocktails, adherence to service standards, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment maintaining service excellence, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail.
