Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled tailor to join the Uniform Room department. This role entails fitting uniforms for more than 6,000 employees, performing adjustments and alterations, completing tailoring requests from guests, and occasionally assisting with the creation and review of new uniform samples. The role also involves reviewing size specifications and fit lines to ensure uniforms align with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fittings and make precise alterations to uniforms to accommodate diverse body shapes.
• Produce tailored suits for both men and women.
• Maintain and repair uniforms regularly, ensuring excellent condition and availability.
• Participate in reviewing and creating new uniform samples, including pattern making and fit adjustments.
• Repair hems of linens such as bed sheets, pillowcases, tablecloths, and napkins as needed.

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess between 5 to 8 years of tailoring experience, preferably within dynamic environments such as garment factories or the hospitality sector. Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal skills are essential to work cooperatively with teams and serve VIP guests effectively.
