Role Summary
This position is suited to someone who excels in guest service, pays close attention to detail, and performs well in a busy environment. The Front Office Agent is responsible for delivering quick and effective support to guests, sharing information, and handling special requests carefully. A major part of the role is to make sure arrivals and departures are managed smoothly, while cashiering duties are completed accurately and on time across both day and night shifts. The role also involves providing a more personalized guest experience throughout each stay.
Key Duties
- Support guests with efficient service and practical solutions at the front desk.
- Provide accurate information and respond to special guest needs with care.
- Ensure check-in and check-out processes are handled smoothly.
- Process cashiering transactions correctly and without delay during both day and night operations.
- Assist guests with requests throughout their stay to create a more tailored experience.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will hold a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or bring at least 2 years of experience in front office work. Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Agent, or Guest Service Agent in a comparable luxury property is preferred. Familiarity with Opera or a similar hotel reservations system is required. Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to high-quality service are essential. Knowledge of Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, or German is an added advantage because of the guest profile.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a competitive salary paid tax-free in UAE Dirhams (AED), along with a strong benefits package. Perks include generous food and beverage privileges, special discounted rates across Kerzner properties worldwide, comprehensive health insurance including dental coverage, annual flights home, life insurance, an incentive program, and a range of wellness and social initiatives for colleagues.
Growth and Development
The resort places a strong focus on training and development, with access to world-class learning, internal mobility, and career growth opportunities across the Kerzner portfolio. It is a suitable environment for individuals looking to build a long-term career in luxury hospitality.
