About The Location
Located along Saudi Arabia's western coast, the upcoming Four Seasons Resort will be situated on Shura Island, part of the Red Sea destination. This distinctive luxury beachside retreat will span an extensive coastal stretch featuring natural islands, lagoons, a yacht marina, lifestyle amenities, retail spaces, an 18-hole golf course, and more. Designed with sustainability at its core, the resort employs marine spatial planning to minimize ecological impact, utilizes renewable energy, and dedicates large conservation zones.
The resort will offer about 149 rooms and suites with panoramic views of pristine beaches and clear waters, complemented by six dining locations, event venues, a marine discovery center, a children's program, a full-service spa with hammam, tennis courts, multiple pools, and two separate beaches tailored for families and adults. Activities will range from relaxation to water sports and coral reef exploration.
Role Overview
The Front Office Supervisor will champion outstanding guest service by leading front desk operations and supporting reception staff. The role ensures a pleasant, efficient guest arrival and departure process alongside personalized attention during stays. This leadership position maintains Four Seasons' high service standards, contributing to unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Duties
- Oversee front desk daily functions to guarantee smooth guest interactions.
- Train, coach, and mentor reception team members.
- Manage guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Verify shift checklists, billing accuracy, and facilitate interdepartmental communications.
- Maintain Four Seasons expectations for service quality, appearance, and professionalism.
Required Skills and Experience
- Fluency in Arabic and English with strong communication capabilities.
- At least 1-2 years in a front office or customer-facing supervisory capacity.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS or equivalent hotel management software preferred.
- Proficient problem-solving and guest service orientation.
- Calmness and composure in high-pressure situations.
- Compliance with local hiring laws - Saudi nationals only.
