Key Responsibilities

Locate active and passive candidates through various channels such as advanced LinkedIn Recruiter techniques, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, and professional groups.
Create and sustain talent pools to meet present and future hiring demands.
Conduct research on the talent market to identify pertinent profiles and trending hiring patterns.
Assess candidates for availability, motivation, and appropriateness prior to submission.
Secure valid Right to Represent authorizations before candidate submissions.
Maintain meticulous sourcing documentation and candidate records.
Submit qualified candidates through the designated partner platform.
Screen candidates for technical compatibility, availability, and job fit.
Facilitate seamless communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle and assist with interview coordination when required.

Candidate Profile and Skills Required

Proactive recruitment specialist with demonstrated sourcing expertise and passion for uncovering exceptional talent.
Proficient in managing multiple recruitment searches independently and applying creative sourcing strategies.
Experienced with sourcing across one or more industries.
Skilled in Boolean search and advanced sourcing methodologies.
Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing technologies.
Strong communication, both written and verbal, essential for candidate engagement.
Previous roles like Talent Sourcer, Recruitment Researcher, Internet Research Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or Technical Sourcer are advantageous.
Ability to maintain detailed and accurate candidate information.
Competent in working solo within a remote freelance framework.
Understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate engagement techniques.
